This Privacy Policy explains how We·R2 Ecosystem ("We·R2", "we", "us" or "our"), a company licensed by the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you visit our websites or use our products and services (the "Services"). It is designed to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

2. Personal Data We Collect

  • Information you provide: name, email address, messages and any other information you submit through forms, newsletter sign-ups or support requests.

  • On-chain data: public wallet addresses and transaction hashes you choose to share with us. We do not collect private keys.
  • Cookies and similar technologies as described below.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

  • Provide and operate the Services — performance of contract.
  • Communicate with you about updates, security notices and support — legitimate interest / consent.
  • Analyse and improve the Services — legitimate interest in maintaining and developing a secure product.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including AML/CFT requirements under DMCC and UAE law — legal obligation.

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the website and may use analytics cookies subject to your consent where required by law. You can manage your preferences through your browser settings.
