These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, smart contracts, APIs and other services (collectively, the "Services") provided by We·R2 Ecosystem ("We·R2", "we", "us" or "our"), a company licensed under the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) in the United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. The Services are not offered to residents or persons located in jurisdictions where their use would be unlawful or restricted, and you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Nature of the Services

We·R2 provides infrastructure technology, including a sovereign EVM Proof-of-Authority blockchain (We·R2 Chain), digital-asset infrastructure and related developer tooling. Nothing on our websites or in our Services constitutes financial advice, an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, investment product or financial instrument.

3. Accounts and Wallets

Interactions with the Services may require a self-custodial wallet (such as Blonect). You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys, seed phrases and credentials. We·R2 has no ability to recover lost keys or reverse on-chain transactions.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, attack or reverse-engineer the Services.
  • Do not use the Services to launder funds, finance terrorism or evade sanctions.
  • Do not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

5. Digital Assets and Risk Disclosure

Digital assets, including WR2 Coin, Uni2T, W2USDT and any related tokens, involve significant risk. Their value can be volatile and you may lose the entire amount of your holdings. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You accept these risks knowingly and voluntarily.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, source code, documentation and content made available through the Services are owned by We·R2 or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except as expressly stated in writing.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to, integrate with or rely on third-party platforms. We·R2 does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, terms or practices of any third party.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, We·R2 and its affiliates, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or digital assets, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless We·R2 and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the regulations applicable to companies licensed by the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC). Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your jurisdiction of residence.
